Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within Canada, with options to work full time from the Toronto office, hybrid throughout the week, or entirely remotely.

Base salary: CAD 125,800–170,200 per year.

What you will do

• Align the product roadmap with business strategies and establish a shared product vision.
• Collaborate with software developers and stakeholders to identify and validate productization opportunities.
• Develop prototypes and conduct user feedback sessions.
• Represent the needs of internal consultants and external customers.
• Own the product area, prioritize platform features, define MVPs, and make product decisions.
• Plan iterations that support customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management role.
• SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience discussing the architecture of complex web-based applications with technical architects.
• Experience collaborating with designers and user researchers, with a record of successful design outcomes.
• Experience launching products and leading go-to-market efforts with Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support.
• Familiarity with quantitative research methods, A/B testing, and analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPM, FP&A, or fintech.
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions.
