What you will do

• Own and execute the product marketing and growth strategy.
• Scale monthly marketing spend to $1,200,000 while meeting defined KPIs.
• Build a roadmap of traffic and product-marketing hypotheses through continuous experimentation.
• Coordinate UAM, Creative, ASO, and PMM functions to achieve performance targets.
• Establish testing frameworks, scaling rules, and control systems for CPA and ROI.
• Lead, hire, and develop the marketing team through 1:1s, performance reviews, and department expansion.

Requirements

• Experience owning marketing strategy, budgets, and growth for a high-scale product.
• Ability to build data-driven strategies and convert creative concepts and hypotheses into measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of acquisition, retention, and monetization metrics.
• Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and performance processes.
• Ability to work with large-scale budgets and defined CPA, ROI, and growth KPIs.
