Head of Performance Marketing (AI)

Compensation: Up to $15K/month, including base salary and performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the performance marketing team and define the methodology used by the AI agent.
• Encode media buying expertise into workflows, rules, data analysis, and automated decisions.
• Improve the agent cycle by cycle in collaboration with the product team and AI marketing engineers.
• Onboard and train client teams, refine their workflows, and help them improve growth metrics.
• Manage end-to-end Meta Ads execution for clients when hirify.global operates the channel.
• Work directly with Heads of User Acquisition, CMOs, and performance marketing leaders.

Requirements

• Experience managing at least $1M/month in Meta ad spend, including strategy, account structure, testing, automation, and team development.
• Experience managing a buying team of at least 3–4 people, including media buyers, analysts, and creative producers.
• Experience building or integrating marketing automation systems and understanding CPA thresholds, scale-or-kill rules, and decision logic.
• Strong expertise across mobile, web, web-to-app, and app-to-app funnels, including conversion windows, attribution delays, and revenue tracking.
• Experience building or co-building a Meta creative testing and production system.
• Strong English communication skills required for confident written and spoken communication with English-speaking clients.
