What you will do

• Consolidate multi-entity, multi-country financial and management reporting in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Design internal control frameworks, manage financial risks, and standardize financial policies, procedures, and reporting methodologies.
• Own group-level period-end closing, accounting accuracy, cash flow, and intercompany settlements.
• Coordinate accounting, audit, and corporate service providers and maintain audit readiness across jurisdictions.
• Oversee corporate structure, substance requirements, compliance, registrars, and collaboration with Legal and Tax teams.
• Support payment and banking infrastructure, budgeting, performance analysis, management dashboards, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Experience managing financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements.
• Experience with internal controls, financial risk management, period-end closing, and audit processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Product, and external providers.
• Experience with payment and banking infrastructure, including KYC and KYB processes.
• Ability to prepare financial analysis and dashboards for C-level stakeholders.
