Process Engineer Intern

Location: Onsite in Columbus, Nebraska, United States. The role is open only to U.S. Persons under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements.

What you will do

• Assist with developing new or modified process formulations.
• Define processing and handling equipment requirements and specifications.
• Review manufacturing, fabrication, and product evaluation techniques.
• Support engineering activities after product transfer from design to high-volume production.
• Complete and present an end-of-year project.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an emphasis in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering.
• Strong focus on troubleshooting, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under 22 C.F.R. §120.15, including U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee status.
• Availability for a summer 2027 internship; overtime may be available as needed.
