What you will do

  • Lead HCP marketing strategy and execution for IMAAVY in the warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia indication.
  • Develop integrated promotional campaigns and educational initiatives supporting brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive omnichannel engagement across personal, digital, congress, and peer-to-peer channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create compliant promotional materials and navigate the CAC process.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and market research to optimize business performance and engagement.
  • Lead agency partners and manage marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a postgraduate degree such as an MBA or MS is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related commercial experience, including at least 5 years in marketing, sales, or commercial strategy.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.
  • Role based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States, with up to 25% travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in immunology, hematology, or rare disease.
  • Field sales experience.
