Lifestyle Producer (TV Production)

What you will do

• Produce the day-to-day schedules, rundowns, segments, and guest lineups for a three-hour lifestyle show.
• Book local guests and maintain the show calendar across multiple productions.
• Coordinate sponsored content with sales representatives and translate client campaigns into show segments.
• Work with the production team on recording schedules, studio operations, and show management.
• Time broadcasts, ensure clean and accurate on-air execution, and adapt content quickly when plans change.
• Clip show segments for the station website and social media while building relationships with guests, clients, and community contributors.

Requirements

• Creative, adaptable, organized, and able to communicate professionally with a wide range of people.
• Ability to work independently and with direction from the department manager.
• Experience handling pre-show and show planning, guest and client scheduling, and multiple shows at the same time.
• Basic understanding of video editing systems.
• Solid understanding of television studio production for live and recorded formats.
• Ability to work quickly and change show content on the fly.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), Akta/Anvato, or Trello.
• Skills in editing, graphic design, and animation.
• Comfort in front of the camera.
