Solution Architect (Healthcare)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel up to 20% may be required, with occasional extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Provide solution expertise, workflow guidance, and solution design during client engagements.
• Guide clients through workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Serve as the primary consultant for troubleshooting, consultation, knowledge transfer, and issue escalation.
• Build and maintain client relationships while managing expectations and supporting successful project delivery.
• Coach and mentor solution teams on recommended methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of healthcare information technology implementation or consulting experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with technical, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to document and present architecture concepts, simplify complex information, and develop client-centric solutions.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of hirify.global EHR solution experience.
