What you will do
- Develop and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, and alignment with project goals.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support programme management delivery and develop team capability.
Requirements
- Significant project management and team leadership experience, including managing projects from inception to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
Nice to have
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience driving continuous improvement.
