Head of Resilience & Network (AI Public Sector)

Location: Washington, D.C., United States; hybrid work flexibility

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Own revenue growth, strategy, target agencies, pipeline, and forecast for the Resilience & Network vertical.
• Manage a field sales team pursuing complex, large-scale government opportunities and long-term agency programs.
• Shape opportunities with senior government stakeholders and guide technology-transformation discussions.
• Build relationships across government agencies and develop partnerships with systems integrators, primes, and teaming partners.
• Coordinate pursuit requirements across Product, Delivery and Implementation, Marketing, Finance, Government Affairs, Capture, and executive leadership.
• Feed budget cycles, policy shifts, competitive intelligence, and agency needs into product, pricing, and company strategy.

Requirements

• Significant public-sector sales and revenue-growth leadership experience, including pipeline and team growth.
• Deep knowledge of government procurement, contracting mechanisms, and deal strategy.
• Established government and industry network with credibility at senior levels.
• Experience leading complex initiatives, influencing across teams, and building new business areas.
• Ability to communicate complex software value clearly to senior stakeholders and operate through long government procurement cycles.
• Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
