Clinical Quality Supervisor (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Remote, Pennsylvania

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead clinical quality assurance across the therapy team through regular reviews of clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and discharge summaries.
• Establish care benchmarks, identify audit trends, mitigate clinical risk, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide individual and group supervision focused on case conceptualization, risk management, documentation, and professional growth.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training on the care model, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver 12–15 direct clinical hours per week of evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and clinical operations on integrated treatment plans.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LCSW with qualifications to provide clinical supervision in Pennsylvania.
• At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience with clinical supervision, chart audits, clinical training, or quality management.
• Expertise in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT-informed therapy, and TF-CBT.
• Experience providing developmentally appropriate and neurodiversity-affirming care.
• Strong skills in documentation, treatment planning, clinical analysis, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Experience using clinical outcomes, chart audit trends, and quality metrics to guide supervision and training.
