Accounts Receivable Associate

What you will do

• Post daily cash deposits received through EPAY, ACH, lockbox, and physical checks.
• Research and correctly apply misapplied or unapplied funds.
• Resolve account credits through proper application or refund processing.
• Perform initial outreach for past-due accounts and bad-debt collections.
• Assist with DNOC and cancellation processing, follow-ups, and accounting corrections.
• Communicate with agents and underwriting teams to resolve balance discrepancies and accounting issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months of related experience or training is acceptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Full-time position based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
