Senior Strategy Officer, Data and Technology Adoption

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States. The role requires legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and includes up to 20% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $209,100–$324,100 USD in Seattle and Washington, D.C.; the general range is $190,100–$294,700 USD.

What you will do

• Scope, design, lead, and evaluate multiple concurrent strategic projects.
• Partner with directors, deputy directors, program teams, technical experts, country offices, and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for programmatic impact and prepare choices, recommendations, and implications for leadership.
• Provide strategic advice, research and analysis, content development, investment support, and partner management.
• Lead strategy reviews, annual planning, learning sessions, and leadership communications through high-quality presentations and written materials.
• Improve team processes, collaboration models, tools, reporting, productivity, and change management.

Requirements

• Mastery of structured problem solving and strategic business planning.
• At least five years of strategy development experience, including three years leading strategy development and implementation projects at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent expertise.
• Advanced professional degree or equivalent experience in global health, data and engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with global development and areas such as global health data systems, AI, digital connectivity, research methods, and economic evaluation.
• Strong analytical, visualization, narrative, facilitation, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; the Foundation does not provide immigration-related sponsorship.
