Implementation Support Specialist (Filevine)

Location: On-site in Medellín, Colombia

What you will do

• Support multiple Implementation Specialists with client implementations of Filevine.
• Customize Filevine in real time during client meetings when required.
• Build and customize project templates, including section layouts, task flows, and deadline chains.
• Create reports and convert document-generation templates into Filevine-compatible templates.
• Build and customize related platforms such as Lead Docket and Outlaw.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and communicate progress and status.

Requirements

• Good oral and written English communication skills are required.
• Ability to understand English-language task directions without formal documentation.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and draw parallels to Filevine.
• Experience with software implementation and software integrations.
• Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately while collaborating with others.

Nice to have

• Experience using Filevine.
• Experience using Work Relay.
• Experience with merge fields.
• Administrative experience in a law firm or legal department.
