Technical Success Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States; hybrid preferred in Salt Lake City, with remote candidates considered

Base salary: $69,000–$107,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions within existing platform environments.
• Advise clients on financial instruments, assets, platform capabilities, and complex operational challenges.
• Manage client communication, project health, risks, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Success Managers, Support, Product, and R&D teams.
• Identify product gaps and client insights that improve tooling and increase client self-sufficiency.
• Build templates, scripts, automations, and repeatable processes that reduce manual work and delivery complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience in project management, financial services, professional services, or consulting.
• Client-facing experience and understanding of financial services are strongly preferred.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems, or related implementation, solution consulting, wealthtech, or platform experience.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and able to start work in the U.S. on the first day.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing investment management software.
• Experience using and implementing AI, specifically Claude Cowork.
• Programming or scripting capability, particularly in Python.
• Experience with data architecture, ETL processes, or reporting infrastructure.
• Passion for technology and finance.
