Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote - US

Pay: $145,500–$235,400 annual target pay, depending on US geographic zone and location. Additional compensation includes RSUs, health, vision, dental, and mental health benefits.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product capabilities across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop accessible customer experiences with TypeScript and React, supported by services and APIs built with Go, Python, Rust, or comparable technologies.
• Translate customer problems and product goals into technical designs and incremental delivery plans.
• Own features from discovery and design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to balance usability, performance, reliability, and time to value.
• Improve code quality, observability, operational health, incident response, and shared engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building and operating production software, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Experience working across both frontend and backend layers, including at the API boundary.
• Experience with a backend language such as Go, Python, Rust, or an equivalent language; most teams use Go.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React and a typed language such as TypeScript.
• Experience designing or consuming APIs and working with backend services, data stores, or asynchronous systems.
• Strong product instincts, clear communication, collaboration, and commitment to quality, accessibility, maintainability, and continuous learning.
