Location: Remote; hiring is available in any country where hirify.global has a legal entity. Listed locations include San Francisco, Seattle, and New York, United States.

Base salary in the United States: Zone A $243,900–$318,425; Zone B $219,510–$286,583; Zone C $202,437–$264,293 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the Agent Platform team building reusable capabilities for reliable, secure, and scalable AI agents.
• Set technical and execution direction with product, engineering, ML, data, and platform stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop engineers while managing performance, career growth, and team health.
• Write production code and guide architecture across applied ML systems, agent workflows, context retrieval, evaluation, and quality measurement.
• Establish planning, prioritization, risk management, decision-making, and cross-team communication practices.
• Align roadmaps and dependencies with Rovo, Jira agent workflows, and other hirify.global product and platform teams.

Requirements

• Deep technical experience across applied ML, agentic systems, platform engineering, and production AI experiences.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader or people manager and write production code.
• Strong understanding of architecture, evaluation, reliability, observability, security, privacy, cost efficiency, and production operations.
• Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to translate broad AI strategy into practical platform capabilities adopted across products.
