Ambulatory Senior Analyst (EHR)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex healthcare clients.
• Analyze customer issues and workflows, translate needs into requirements, and complete system configuration and testing.
• Manage multiple client assignments, projects, tickets, communications, calendars, documentation, and service-level agreements.
• Support system upgrades, change control, configuration migrations, and ad hoc internal initiatives.
• Provide customer support and coordinate communication and change management with IT and operations stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and mentor less-experienced team members by explaining complex configurations and delegating tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, relevant education, or 8+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR application modules and strong knowledge of application functionality.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, and change management processes; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations outside core business hours, including nights and weekends, and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Previous management, project management, or systems implementation experience.
