Quality Control Inspector (PCDMIS)

Location: Onsite in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States

Salary: $24.00–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage quality control processes at the Broken Arrow facility.
• Perform detailed inspections using manual measurement tools, CMM, and laser inspection machines.
• Analyze inspection results and complete job documentation.
• Use PCDMIS 2021 for CMM and laser inspection activities.
• Conduct deburr checks and validate component dimensions.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, mechanical inspection, or machining in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of PCDMIS solid model use and inspection.
• Working knowledge of calipers, surface plates, gage blocks, bore gages, micrometers, thread gages, height gages, and radius gages.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in geometry and trigonometry.
• Understanding of GD&T according to ASME Y14.5.
