Chief Architect / DevOps & Observability Architect

What you will do

• Define and govern enterprise-wide DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards.
• Establish Gold Standards, reference architectures, technology patterns, and engineering practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools and conduct Proofs of Value.
• Define technology recommendations and lead implementation of approved standards across applications and infrastructure.
• Support secure, efficient, and automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD practices.
• Drive adoption from strategy and architecture through standardization, implementation, and enterprise transformation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and technical leadership.
• Deep hands-on expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and observability.
• Experience evaluating technologies, conducting Proofs of Value, and defining technology standards.
• Ability to lead architecture and engineering adoption across applications and infrastructure.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio.
