Social Content Production Specialist, MarCom & Video Sales (Electric Vehicles)

Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, United States, with daily in-office presence

What you will do

• Shoot and produce photography and short-form video content for portrait, product, and event scenarios.
• Plan and execute small-to-mid-size production projects from requirements scoping and scheduling through on-site delivery.
• Support photographers and directors with equipment preparation, on-set execution, footage handoff, and archiving.
• Manage company cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment, including check-in/check-out, maintenance, and scheduling.
• Support social publishing schedules, owned-channel lead tracking, sales lead records, conversion tracking, and basic digital marketing execution.
• Maintain organized archives of raw footage and final deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on photography or videography experience, including independent production of photo and short-form video content.
• At least 1 year of experience in video production, photography assistance, or social content creation; internship experience counts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on operation and basic maintenance skills for camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Familiarity with publishing workflows on TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.
• Fluency in English and Chinese and ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, California are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, robotics, or advanced technology industries.
• Basic video editing skills with Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with CRM-based lead tracking or basic digital marketing.
• Previous production assistant or assistant camera experience.
