BIM Manager (Revit)

Location: On-site in Atlanta, GA, USA, five days per week. US work authorization is required. The role starts in January 2027.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses.

What you will do

• Audit and stabilize prototype models and the Revit content library.
• Own BIM prototypes, parametric families, templates, standards, and governance processes.
• Refresh active prototypes to current standards and use Autodesk Forma for site-fit studies.
• Advise client leadership and senior stakeholders on BIM, tools, workflows, and data.
• Deliver at least two automations that reduce production or QA time by 10–15%.
• Support the design and delivery of restaurants across a national quick-service restaurant program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Revit and Autodesk Forma experience, including 3+ years leading BIM or content management.
• Expertise in parametric families, templates, and prototype models.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma or similar site-planning tools.
• Consulting mindset and experience working independently at client sites.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders while handling detailed family and content work.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Atlanta, GA, and authorization to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Retail or quick-service restaurant experience.
• Curiosity about new tools, including AI.
