Communications Specialist (Health Policy & Advocacy)

Location: Remote within the United States is implied by the US healthcare practice context, E-Verify participation, and US benefits. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal and external communications for healthcare policy, advocacy, payer relationships, revenue cycle, and payer contracting initiatives.
• Translate complex healthcare and policy topics into clear, audience-focused communications.
• Support communications for patients, clients, payers, policymakers, CMS, HHS, and healthcare organizations.
• Contribute to communication planning, strategy, content development, and execution across multiple projects.
• Support emerging Mosaic AI and healthcare advocacy initiatives within the Brand Experience team.

Requirements

• Three or more years of professional communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences and execute communication strategies.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Availability for up to 10% travel as needed.
