Paid Social Lead (Reddit Ads)

Location: Remote in the United States; preference for Austin or willingness to travel for periodic team gatherings

Base salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year; OTE: $135,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Own Reddit advertising strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for client campaigns.
• Build the Reddit Ads playbook, pricing structure, reporting cadence, templates, QA processes, and attribution approach from the ground up.
• Run hirify.global’s retargeting, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns to support the internal sales pipeline.
• Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements alongside the growth team.
• Execute campaigns and advise clients directly, including presenting performance reviews to senior marketing stakeholders.
• Hire, train, and manage the first paid social associate as revenue supports team expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running paid social campaigns in an agency environment.
• Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience, including Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, and custom audiences.
• Experience with B2B and B2C campaigns, particularly for SaaS, ecommerce, and fintech businesses.
• Ability to distinguish click optimization from pipeline optimization and familiarity with B2B attribution challenges such as multi-touch, dark social, and self-reported attribution.
• Strong client-facing and written communication skills, including presenting quarterly reviews to marketing executives.
• Builder mindset with the ability to execute campaigns, advise clients, and develop a profitable service line.

• Experience with ChatGPT ads.
• Experience building or scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
• An existing paid social client network relevant to hirify.global’s client base.
