Paid Social Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, SC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VT, or VA; office option available in Boston

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and optimize multiple paid social advertising campaigns for medium-to-enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Advise clients on digital advertising strategies and provide regular initiative updates.
• Prepare project kickoff materials, reporting, and other client deliverables.
• Coordinate with colleagues across marketing disciplines and serve as a technical resource.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing paid advertising programs.
• Strong knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn advertising tools.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar tools, plus landing page optimization.
• Experience with AI-powered tools, automation, conversion tracking, reporting platforms, project management tools, and WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar certifications.
• Experience with Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Microsoft Ads.
