What you will do
- Own group liquidity, cash positioning, cash pooling, and intercompany funding through the in-house bank structure.
- Operate and improve the Treasury Management System, including automation, bank connectivity, adoption, and straight-through processing.
- Manage multicurrency and FX exposure, support hedging activities, and help formalize the group FX risk policy.
- Run centralized payment processes and own short- and long-term liquidity forecasts.
- Improve working capital, bank-account structures, banking relationships, KPIs, cash metrics, and Power BI treasury reporting.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a Treasury Analyst while supporting wider treasury projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of treasury experience in a multinational scale-up, fintech, or other high-growth environment.
- Experience improving and maturing treasury functions, including TMS usage, payment processes, cash pooling, or in-house bank operations.
- Strong FX risk management experience covering exposure analysis and hedging in a multicurrency group.
- Strong data skills and the ability to translate treasury requirements into clear inputs for BI and finance teams.
- Experience managing or coaching junior team members and communicating effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders across regions.
- A finance or business degree, or a treasury qualification, is advantageous.
