Sr. Consultant - Cloud Red Team Blue Team (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote

Base salary: $115,000–$160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

What you will do

• Conduct cloud-focused Red Team Blue Team engagements as a red teamer.
• Emulate realistic threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures against customer cloud environments.
• Work with customer security controls and detection capabilities to challenge and validate defenses.
• Support customer SOC and incident response teams through real-time threat hunting and response activities.
• Manage engagements from kickoff through report delivery and build strategic client relationships.
• Improve the CRTBT offering, adversary emulation tradecraft, and client cloud breach detection and recovery capabilities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in red team consulting or MSSP roles and a strong background in one or more public cloud platforms, typically AWS, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID/M365, or GCP.
• 1–2 years of experience conducting Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises.
• 5+ years of overall cybersecurity industry experience, including penetration testing, adversary emulation, security automation, or similar hands-on work.
• Experience with scripting, automation, tooling development, customer-facing project management, and executive-level client relationships.
• Excellent consulting, client management, written and oral communication, business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing endpoint security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, or security operations center programs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced professional services environment while balancing competing priorities.
