What you will do

• Coordinate the full life cycle of assigned language and translation projects.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and project-specific instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Clarify project parameters with sales staff and communicate issues, risks, and additional information.
• Build relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure linguistically accurate deliverables that comply with project instructions.
• Investigate client complaints, resolve problems, and support systemic improvements with QA and management.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; submit the CV in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating projects and assigning resources is an advantage.
