Account Manager, PCS (Language Services)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Remote)

What you will do

• Manage relationships with several key clients as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate clinical translation, linguistic validation, and related language services projects.
• Analyze client needs and prepare proposals, budgets, quotes, and project timelines.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and external parties from project launch through finalization.
• Monitor quality, timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction while resolving customer issues.
• Process requests independently using standard tools and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a translation background is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in client services and account management.
• Experience in the translation industry and linguistic validation, eCOA, or COA translation development.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to deliver finished products at the expected quality level within set timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical outcomes assessments or knowledge of linguistic validation.
