Consultant, Project Manager (Payments)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid position with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Support and manage customer migration processes, including timelines and end-to-end execution.
• Coordinate with Product Operations, Product, Implementation, Engineering, Design, customers, and IT Governance teams.
• Identify operational issues, route them to product squads, and support product and feature improvements.
• Build and maintain operational documentation, support materials, reports, and systems tracking user issues and resolutions.
• Analyze feature requests, support tickets, churn reasons, and product data to identify trends and inform product direction.
• Support feature development, maintenance projects, and customer implementation activities.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree.
• At least 5 years of payments industry experience.
• Advanced English or advanced Spanish.
• Strong collaboration, communication, critical thinking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a demanding, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to work varied hours and shifts.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, Jira, AI, and measurement tools.
• Experience with AI tools and Python.
• A combination of product and technology skills.
