Sales Support Officer II Relationship Team (Banking)

Location: In office at 350 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, California, US, or Beverly Hills, California

Salary: $25.93–$41.43 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support Relationship Teams with relationship reviews, new account packages, service requests, and client onboarding.
• Review account information and documentation, collect missing materials, submit complete packages, and escalate high-risk activities.
• Provide in-office phone sales support and practical guidance on product usage and functionality.
• Attend operations, team, relationship, and risk review meetings and provide product information or line training.
• Support business development, client retention, special projects, and on-site sales calls.
• Follow banking, credit, operational, and regulatory requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Client standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of general banking experience or equivalent training.
• At least 3 years of Sales Support or Operations experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of basic banking operations and proficiency with network and PC-based software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate information and data to formulate conclusions and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Four-year college or university degree in a discipline related to financial services, or equivalent job experience.
