Location: 1009 Air Cargo Bldg E, Baltimore, Maryland, United States; onsite with substantial travel required

Salary: USD 5,662.27–9,342.75 monthly, with an additional stated rate of USD 10,817.92 monthly

What you will do

• Implement and oversee safety and health programs across assigned districts and operational divisions.
• Conduct safety assessments, audits, inspections, and hazard identification activities.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, perform root cause analyses, and develop corrective and preventive measures.
• Deliver safety training and support leadership capability development.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Service Provider Solutions, regulatory agencies, and local safety committees.
• Provide 24/7 response for accidents, injuries, major events, and regulatory concerns, including after-action reviews and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Human Science, Logistics/Transportation, Business Management, or a related field; a high school diploma or GED plus four years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
• At least five years of experience in industrial or occupational safety, fleet vehicle safety, logistics/transportation, surface operations safety, network operations safety, air operations safety, or hirify.global operations management.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong knowledge of industrial, occupational, and on-road fleet vehicle safety concepts, regulations, and industry trends.
• Strong investigation, analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.

Nice to have

• Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
