Plant Engineer Lead (Power Generation): Leading engineering assessments and developing optimization, flexibility, and lifetime-extension solutions for nuclear, fossil, and combined-cycle power plants with an accent on multidisciplinary technical integration, customer requirements, and global engineering coordination. Focus on structuring complex engineering studies, evaluating plant performance and rotating equipment, and supporting solution implementation across North and Latin America.

What you will do
- Lead technical assessments for nuclear, fossil, and combined-cycle power plants.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and integrate solutions across plant systems.
- Manage plant optimization, flexibility, and lifetime-extension engineering studies.
- Structure complex projects into engineering work packages and coordinate global engineering resources.
- Support business development, marketing, sales, and R&D with technical input.
- Act as the technical contact for service regions and customers, including support for site visits, startup witness evaluations, and solution implementation.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- Extensive experience in power-generation services, preferably in engineering.
- Knowledge of power-plant processes, large rotating equipment, plant operations, maintenance, and working principles.
- Preferably, experience with onsite commissioning and tuning of combined-cycle power plants.
- Project-management skills, including management of multiple projects, deadlines, multidisciplinary teams, and intercultural collaboration.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to work with customers, field personnel, back-office teams, management, and global stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with service implementation, product development, R&D, and bidding processes.
