Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States; onsite in an office and manufacturing environment

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing systems and processes to identify value-added improvements and solve design challenges.
• Design, develop, test, and implement process and tooling solutions.
• Resolve component-level quality and efficiency issues in collaboration with engineering, quality, planning, and production teams.
• Create and control work instructions, tool drawings, process drawings, and other manufacturing documentation.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, update time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Lead employee training and productivity improvement projects while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, workflow time studies, and process balancing.
• Experience collaborating with design engineers, program managers, manufacturing leads, and functional leads.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, tooling and fixture design, product design reviews, ECR/ECO systems, BOM structures, and engineering documentation.
• Work is based onsite in Broomfield, Colorado, and certain controlled technologies may require U.S. person eligibility under ITAR or EAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with tubular components, CNC machining, and CNC programming.
• Familiarity with TIG and orbital welding, robotics for manufacturing, DFM/DFA, 3D printing, and mechanical assembly.
• Experience with Oracle and Agile.
