Packaging Designer (Games)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday–Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Design innovative packaging for hirify.global Games brands and licensed properties from concept through production.
• Develop visual storytelling, packaging graphics, product graphics, and digital assets for retail and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, Copywriting, Brand, and global development teams.
• Art direct illustration, retouching, photography, and external creative partners.
• Create 3D package visualizations and physical mockups to communicate design intent.
• Apply consumer, design, entertainment, cultural, and retail trends to create fresh creative solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in packaging, graphic, or consumer product design.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and brand storytelling, with excellent visual design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, consumer-focused design, communication, organization, and project management.
