What you will do

• Analyze requirements, technical designs, and customer acceptance results to define test scope and estimates.
• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive automated, performance, security, and non-functional test cases.
• Identify defects and root causes, verify fixes, and communicate test results and risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, product, sales, delivery, solutions management, and production support teams.
• Prepare QA exit reports, test design documents, customer acceptance test plans, and handoff documentation.
• Build tools and improve QA processes to optimize execution and reduce time to market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in test automation, preferably with Selenium, and strong performance testing experience, preferably with JMeter.
• Experience with requirements analysis, software development life cycle methodologies, and at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Experience creating process optimization tools and working with SQL, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of defect management, QA processes, test documentation, and technical communication.
• Exposure to EDI and excellent oral and written communication skills.
