HSA Process Development Intern (Automation)

Location: Onsite in Korat, Thailand. Travel is not required.

hirify.global operates a large manufacturing facility in Korat producing storage components and finished drives.

What you will do

• Develop Head Stack Assembly (HSA) processes aligned with design center goals and product roadmaps.
• Identify and mature new technologies for product launches and mass production.
• Develop automation systems and integrate them with manufacturing machines.
• Work with process, quality, automation, and maintenance engineers to solve production problems.

Requirements

• Background in mechanical, mechatronic, automation, robotics, electronics, or a related engineering field.
• Fluent English communication in listening, speaking, writing, and reading.
• Ability to create 3D models and simulations using SolidWorks, prepare 2D fabrication drawings with bills of materials, and apply engineering or statistical tools.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of electrical panel wiring from schematic diagrams for upgrading machine systems.

Nice to have

• ANSYS experience.
• C# knowledge for developing machine user interfaces.
• Team leadership, coaching, mentoring, training, and technical presentation skills.
