Project Management Analyst

Location: Onsite in St Inigoes, Maryland; candidates must live within a 50-mile commutable distance.

Salary: $81,000–$117,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage projects through the full life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Coordinate requirements and project processes from definition through delivery with Government Project Leads and clients.
• Support Integrated Project Teams, traditional and agile project activities, and stakeholder coordination.
• Organize project status meetings and maintain communication among Government stakeholders and project team members.
• Produce detailed project reports and tailor project management tools to reporting requirements.
• Monitor project execution, rebalance requirements, and apply problem-solving to address project challenges.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 or more years of experience; or an associate degree plus 4 additional years of relevant experience; or 6 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supporting project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Ability to work effectively with Government Project Leads, Government clients, and project team members.
• Experience supporting project processes, Integrated Project Team activities, status meetings, and project reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and rebalance requirements throughout the project life cycle.
