Account Manager VIP Department (Fintech): Managing outreach, sales, and long-term relationships with high-value financial-services clients with an accent on negotiation, retention, and CRM-based activity monitoring. Focus on converting leads, identifying client-growth opportunities, and building trusted-advisor relationships with VIP customers.

Location: Remote work from Cyprus or Thailand; an on-site work model is also available at the office in Larnaca, Cyprus.

What you will do

Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and CRM tools.
Promote financial products and services to high-value clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with VIP clients.
Develop initiatives that improve client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor client activity, identify growth opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Native or bilingual Thai proficiency.
Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professionalism, responsibility, a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
