What you will do

• Read and interpret complex blueprints and work instructions to understand product quality expectations.
• Approve or reject raw materials according to quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Select product samples and inspect dimensions, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
• Use automated systems for complex testing procedures and maintain testing records and quality metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and propose improvements to production procedures.
• Monitor equipment safety and condition, prepare reports for the quality manager, and support colleagues through technical guidance and onboarding.

Requirements

• Skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints, instructions, and product specifications.
• Ability to perform inspections, testing, quality measurements, and root cause analysis.
