Supplier Quality Engineer

What you will do

• Lead supplier product and process qualifications, including PPQ and compliance with quality management processes.
• Resolve supplier process issues, manage non-conformances, and implement containment strategies.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive corrective, preventive, and risk mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and audit supplier capabilities.
• Report supplier quality KPIs and communicate potential risks.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering, R&D, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading product qualifications such as PPAP, APQP, or similar processes.
• Knowledge of 5 Whys, FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and Supplier Quality Management practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and structured working skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
