Product Manager (Access Management)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid arrangement with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remote

What you will do

• Support the evolution and delivery of the Access Management product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Partner with product peers, business stakeholders, engineering, and security teams to shape product direction.
• Improve access request, approval, provisioning, lifecycle, and governance journeys for different user personas.
• Contribute to RBAC, policy-based access, joiner-mover-leaver processes, access recertification, and governance controls.
• Write user stories, maintain backlogs, prioritise work, and help resolve product trade-offs.
• Support product adoption, performance, effectiveness, and delivery against OKRs.

Requirements

• Experience with Identity and Access Management, including Access Management, IGA, provisioning, or PAM.
• Understanding of user-focused product principles and intuitive access experiences.
• Ability to interpret customer research and operational insights to inform product decisions.
• Experience writing user stories and contributing to delivery with engineering teams.
• Understanding of RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, access certification, and lifecycle management.
• Awareness of system health metrics, product OKRs, Identity Security, Zero Trust, and access governance trends.
