What you will do

• Lead cross-functional efforts to advance design and construction capabilities in the oligonucleotide and peptide market segment.
• Develop global market strategy, identify industry trends, and shape future facility, equipment, and manufacturing solutions.
• Support strategic project pursuits, client engagement, capture planning, proposals, interviews, and win strategies.
• Represent the market segment through conferences, webinars, publications, industry relationships, and client engagement.
• Strengthen technical excellence through training, mentoring programs, talent planning, best-practice implementation, and SME development.
• Support complex projects and expand regulatory expertise through engagement with global regulatory bodies and industry groups.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the design or construction industry.
• 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, with extensive knowledge of life-science facility operations and oligonucleotide and peptide processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, science, or a related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of oligonucleotide and peptide processes, including cGMP regulations and their applications.
• Strategic thinking, trend analysis, innovation, strong leadership, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and confident public speaking.
• Clear technical writing skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients in real time.
