What you will do

• Drive the direction and performance of capital projects up to $10M, ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards.
• Manage all levels of design, including feasibility studies, conceptual and schematic design, construction documentation, and administration.
• Develop project execution strategies, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress and implementing controls.
• Coordinate design across all disciplines and manage client relationships, including handling change orders and invoicing.
• Lead proposal efforts, developing execution strategies and commercials for presentation to clients.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory authorities as well as internal Quality Management Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of design experience in a design firm setting, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Cell & Gene Therapy sectors.
• Experience managing capital projects from design through startup up to $10M.
• Knowledge of GMP Manufacturing environments is required.
• Strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for client and project development.
