Security Architect (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and drive security architecture across cloud, application, network, and edge environments.
• Provide architectural guidance for network and edge deployments, including WAF and related protections.
• Own the vulnerability management strategy, including risk scoring, remediation prioritization, and closure of penetration testing findings.
• Shape threat detection capabilities using honeypots and deception technology, connecting intelligence to monitoring and incident response.
• Define security assurance standards for SaaS and third-party applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Work with engineering teams, application owners, and vendors to identify gaps and verify that security requirements are met.

Requirements

• Experience in security architecture or a senior security engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of network, edge, and web application security.
• Deep understanding of vulnerability management, risk scoring, and remediation prioritization.
• Familiarity with penetration testing processes and driving findings to closure.
• Experience assessing SaaS and cloud application security, including identity, access, configuration, and data protection.
• Ability to communicate risk clearly and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
