Senior Full-stack Developer (Java + React)

Location: Hybrid work from Poznań, Poland, with a preferred one day per week in the office

Salary: 1,200–1,600 PLN net per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational databases and SQL.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and package and deploy applications with Docker.
• Use Kubernetes and explore Agentic AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to improve engineering workflows.
• Collaborate in an international environment and communicate technical topics in English.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in comparable software development.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, modern JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL.
• Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based application deployment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other messaging solutions.
