Full Stack Python/React/AI Developer

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days per week from the office

Rate: 130 PLN/hour on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Build the Underwriter OS application with Next.js/React on the frontend and FastAPI/Python on the backend.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents by transforming underwriting guidelines into agent instructions.
• Integrate AI agents with the application using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
• Integrate the application with policy administration systems, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portals, and Outlook.
• Build data extraction processes for broker documents and unstructured data.
• Deploy solutions on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial development experience.
• At least 2 years of Data Science or AI experience, including 1 year of production deployments.
• Strong knowledge of React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, and AI Foundry.
• Practical MLOps experience with Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Native or fluent Polish is required for communication.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure certifications such as DP-100, AI-102, or AI-900.
• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Kafka, ESB, or similar integration tools.
• Understanding of insurance industry business processes.
