Lead Full Stack Developer

Location: Gdańsk, Poland; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 1,400–1,600 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise applications across the full technology stack.
• Define technical architecture, technology roadmaps, engineering standards, and long-term platform strategy.
• Build modern web applications, backend services, REST APIs, data-processing solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead cloud-native and microservices-based implementations, automation, CI/CD, and production releases.
• Own the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Mentor developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of commercial experience as a software developer.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, frontend frameworks, and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL, strong data modeling, RESTful API design, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, security practices, and secure coding standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Gdańsk office 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Automation Anywhere knowledge and experience.
• Experience with automated testing using JUnit or Selenium.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications in cloud architecture, Agile/Scrum, or advanced programming.
