What you will do
- Establish and guide quality processes in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Use generative AI to support test-case generation and automated testing across the test pyramid.
- Design and maintain automated tests for front-end and back-end systems.
- Coach developers to deliver quality autonomously.
- Act as a central reference for system project decisions and quality-related information.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in QA leadership within Agile development environments.
- Extensive experience with automation testing tools for front-end and back-end systems.
- Programming or scripting experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Jenkins or CircleCI and Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools supporting quality assurance processes.
