What you will do
- Build, extend, maintain, and operate assigned parts of the advertiser platform.
- Design and develop secure, reusable, and well-tested cloud services.
- Lead services through the full lifecycle, from understanding customer problems to deployment, support, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, and engineering teams to create technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production services while identifying risks and pragmatic solutions.
- Help establish ways of working, best practices, and team culture in the newly established Customer Success team.
Requirements
- Experience building and running cloud services on AWS, including services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, or MSK.
- Experience with Terraform, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Docker.
- Ability to build user interfaces with a modern frontend framework, ideally Angular.
- Experience designing services within a microservices architecture and testing at unit, integration, contract, and smoke levels.
- Knowledge of information security, secure design, secure coding, Scrum, and production monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and maintain a customer-focused, continuous-improvement mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with TDD and pair programming.
- Ability to write PHP code when needed.
